PETITION

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, are firmly asking the New Brunswick Government to ensure an adequate financing in the home support services to offer decent wages and benefits to recruit and to maintain the professional services of the home support workers. The demands for these services are continually increasing and we want to keep the people in their home so that they receive personal care of quality and that these services be accessible in all regions of the province.

It is time for the Government to recognize the home support workers for the quality and importance of personal care that they provide to the population of New Brunswick. CUPE Local 4598 is asking the Government to adequately subsidize the services of home support workers so that the workers receive wages and benefits worthy of the value of their work. We are asking that these services become an accessible public service and of equal quality in the entire province.

THE NEW BRUNSWICKERS WOULD BE WINNERS!!!
