The Coalition has partnered with the Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW) to bring you a pay equity workshop dedicated to equipping young women in New Brunswick with the tools to negotiate their salary and advocate for pay equity.
- The first portion of the workshop will delve into salary negotiation and offer participants tips and tricks for bolstering their resume, locating their skills in the market, and how to navigate tricky negotiation scenarios.
- The second portion of the workshop will offer practical steps participants can use to mount an advocacy campaign of their own and hear directly from experienced pay equity advocates.
