Members of the New Brunswick Coalition for Pay Equity braved the rain on October 31 to attend the launch of the organization's 10th annual fundraising campaign and the unveiling of their new logo.
"The stability provided by our yearly campaigns allowed us to make significant progress at the provincial and federal levels in 2019," says Frances LeBlanc, the Coalition's President. "But we must continue until everyone's right to pay equity is assured."
The "Pay Equity: I give because I care!" campaign ensures the survival and proper functioning of the Coalition as well as its independence. It has already raised $40,000 of its $75,000 goal. Donations can be made online at www.equite-equity.com.
