Andrea Hatt

South Representative

Andrea Hatt is a papermaker at Irving Pulp & Paper in Saint John. She is the first female operator in the entire organization and has been employed there for 17 years. She is a single mother of two which has driven her, in the last 5 years, to become more engaged as a political, community and female activist. Andrea now sits on the Unifor Atlantic Regional Women’s Committee as their union representative for New Brunswick along with being the communications officer, women’s committee rep and union steward in her workplace.
