Leadership

The Coalition’s volunteer Board of Directors follows a strategic governance model. It develops strategic plans for the Coalition and policies to oversee the overall directions of the Coalition, while the Executive Director is responsible for the daily management and operations. The Board of Directors and the Executive Director report to the Coalition’s members at the annual general meetings.

The Board of Directors is composed of 11 people elected by our members at the Annual General Meeting, observers representing "Visionary" organizations (large donors) and the Executive Director. We strive for a balanced representation of diverse work and life experiences, different regions and both official linguistic communities.
