North Representative

Sonia Gibbs is originally from Inkerman and currently lives in the Tracadie area. She has worked with the North-East Francophone School District for over 18 years, was a School Interventionist for 16 years, and is now an Education Assistant. She has also been a union delegate for the Acadian Peninsula for over 10 years. The mother of a 23-year-old son and the grandmother to two little boys, Sonia loves spending time with her family. Sonia describes herself as a survivor and fighter who firmly believes that women deserve better living conditions and respect.
